What we collect
When you submit an enquiry form we collect the name, contact number, location and service you select, along with your company name and any note you write. We also record the page the form was submitted from, the referring website, your IP address and browser user-agent, and any campaign parameters (such as utm_source or gclid) present in the link you arrived through.
We do not ask for, and you should not send us, payment card numbers, government identification numbers or passwords through this website.
Why we collect it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a proposal, and to keep a record of the conversation. Campaign parameters tell us which marketing activity produced the enquiry so we can spend our own budget sensibly.
Cookies and analytics
This site sets a session cookie needed for the enquiry form's security check. We also use Google Tag Manager, which may load Google Analytics and advertising tags. These set their own cookies and may collect pages viewed, approximate location and device information. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work, though the enquiry form requires the session cookie.
Who we share it with
Enquiry details are visible only to our own team. Our website and database are hosted with Hostinger. Analytics and advertising data is processed by Google and, where we run campaigns, by Meta. We do not sell your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to three years so that we can refer back to past conversations, then deleted. You can ask us to delete yours sooner.
Your choices
Write to mail@nectarpix.com and we will tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. We will respond within thirty days.
Security
This site runs over HTTPS. Enquiry data is stored in a database that is not publicly accessible, and the admin panel is protected by password authentication with rate limiting. No system is perfectly secure, but we take this seriously — a significant part of our work is cleaning up after breaches on other people's websites.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
